Howies took the production of their T-Shirt design process in-house. They needed a dedicated manufacturing space that could produce new designs at short notice for the UK market.

An empty 1960's prefab on the office site was renovated in a basic utilitarian manner. It was also insulated to a high standard using sheep's wool insulation to provide a comfortable working environment. The result is a practical building that can take the impact of the light manufacturing operations
