How do you create a destination that pulls customers back to the high street?

Customers who freely admit to shopping online on price, but in the same breath bemoan the loss of a local services and culture.

If you want local, you really have to go out there and create it.

Its always been this way.

And then you need others to buy into it as an idea and stick with you.

That’s a whole lot of hard work.
